Key Responsibilities
* Lead the end-to-end delivery of the NBN N2P contract in the ACT, including team recruitment, program execution, stakeholder engagement, and risk mitigation.
* Ensure contractual compliance, manage risks and opportunities, and drive project profitability through accurate forecasting and cost-saving initiatives.
* Champion a strong safety culture, conduct regular audits, and implement corrective actions to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
* Build and mentor a high-performing team aligned with values, fostering a collaborative and client-focused culture.
* Implement quality control measures and promote innovation to enhance project outcomes and operational efficiency.
About You
* Experienced in project management working in infrastructure services.
* Telecommunications experience highly desirable.
* Strong understanding of ACT regulations and local authorities is preferred.
* Bring strong leadership and communication skills, strategic problem-solving ability, and a solid grasp of commercial, financial, safety, and quality management to drive project success.
