Job Description:
We are seeking a driven Sales Development Representative to drive business growth by identifying opportunities, generating new leads, and providing support to customers and sales teams.
This is a remote position that requires a self-motivated individual with a passion for sales. You will be responsible for setting the stage for successful sales interactions through cold outreach efforts and nurturing relationships to secure qualified meetings for our sales team.
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in sales development, a broad understanding of business challenges, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a wide variety of challenges, deadlines, and diverse contacts is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Understand current and future demand, and enable, educate, and directly support the sales force to best position them with clients and win new business.
* Lead client conversations, presenting innovative solutions and asking exploratory questions to better understand client needs.
* Prospect, educate, qualify, and develop sales-ready leads and opportunities through lead-generation activities and cold-calling.
* Build rapport through strategic outreach and maintain a well-rounded client and industry knowledge to identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities.
* Collaborate with team members and Sales Executives to pursue opportunities, recommend appropriate follow-up actions, and schedule qualified meetings.
Qualifications and Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree required.
* 1-3 years of experience in sales development.
* Knowledgeable about business challenges encountered by Enterprise clients.
* Critical thinking skills to create new opportunities.
