Base pay range

A$86,511.00/yr - A$86,511.00/yr

* Full time fixed term role until 30 June 2026
* Contribute to the operational success of Organisational Training Initiatives at the Centre for Continuing Education
* Base Salary $86,511 + 17% superannuation

About the opportunity

As the Education Support Officer (Organisational Training) you will support the smooth delivery of the Centre for Continuing Education's organisational training programs. In this client-facing administrative role, you'll coordinate training logistics, manage bookings and enquiries, and ensure all documentation and processes are handled efficiently. You'll work closely with clients to understand their training needs and provide timely, accurate support throughout the engagement.

Your key responsibilities will be to:


* work in a collaborative and cohesive environment reporting into the Business Manager at the Centre for Continuing Education (CCE)
* provide professional, customer-focused assistance to clients and stakeholders by managing training enquiries, and offering accurate advice on programs and processes
* oversee the end-to-end coordination of training activities, including course bookings, venue arrangements, preparation of training proposals and class records, and liaison with teaching staff
* deliver high-level administrative support to the Organisational Training team, including diary and travel coordination, meeting organisation, and minute-taking
* maintain accurate records and data for reporting and compliance purposes, and manage routine purchasing, invoicing, and payment processing

* demonstrated experience in a fast-paced customer-facing role
* strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and adjust communication style to adapt to different stakeholders
* strong stakeholder engagement and relationship building skills
* high-level organisational skills
* problem solving skills with the ability to take initiative as needed.
