We're looking for a skilled and motivated Cold Larder Chef to join a professional kitchen team that delivers quality food with care and consistency.
About the Role
You'll play a key role in preparing and presenting fresh, high-standard cold dishes – from beautifully assembled sandwiches and salads to quality buffet platters. Working closely with experienced chefs, this role suits someone who enjoys attention to detail, organisation, and teamwork in a calm and professional environment.
What You'll Be Doing
* Preparing sandwiches, salads, and cold dishes to a high presentation standard
* Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards in your section
* Assisting chefs with mise en place and general kitchen prep
* Working efficiently during service to meet demand
* Contributing to a positive and supportive team culture
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience as a Sandwich Hand, Cold Larder, or similar role
* Good knife skills and a strong understanding of food hygiene
* Reliable, organised, and able to work both independently and within a team
* Pride in presentation and a genuine love for quality food
* MUST have full Australian Working Rights. Sponsorship is not available.
