Take the lead on inventory operations in a brand-new store environment. If you're methodical, organised, and love keeping things running behind the scenes, this role offers both challenge and long-term opportunity.
About the Opportunity:
As an Inventory Manager, you will be someone who thrives on accuracy, structure, and getting things right the first time. You'll oversee the full back-of-house operation - stock in, stock out, stock management, stock accuracy, system compliance and replenishment.
You'll lead a small team, helping drive a positive, efficient culture and ensuring the sales floor is always supported with the right stock at the right time. It's a vital role with tangible impact from day one.
Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
- Coordinating stock receipting, transfers, and returns with precision
- Managing inventory levels, documentation, and system accuracy
- Keeping the stockroom functional, safe, and organised
- Supporting shrinkage prevention and compliance processes
- Leading and coaching your team to perform with care and consistency
- Collaborating with store leaders to keep everything moving smoothly
