This role involves working closely with our nursing, hospitality, and engagement teams to deliver timely and compassionate care duties. Senior carers and managers provide ongoing support. Refer to the attached position description for specific job duties and responsibilities.
We are looking for a candidate who has worked in Aged Care for at least one year, demonstrating strong empathy and communication skills. They must possess the ability to think on their feet and build rapport with residents and colleagues.
* A passion for making a difference in aged care and a commitment to delivering quality services every day
* A positive teamwork attitude, excellent time management, and adherence to strict safety procedures
* Proficiency in using technology, including emails, Word, and training platforms
* Excellent workplace safety awareness to prevent accidents and injuries
* Holding a Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or having completed first-year nursing studies with an Aged Care placement
* Possessing NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or being willing to obtain it
