Are you seeking a rewarding and diverse Internal & Digital Communications Officer role in a leading regional hospital? Join the Communications Team at Latrobe Regional Health, where we value our employees by providing a safe and supportive workplace culture that enables you to thrive.

Latrobe Regional Health is looking for Internal & Digital Communications Officer to join our growing team on a full time (1.0EFT) fixed term basis for 10‐month parental leave coverage.

* Contribute to the planning and delivery of evidence‐based internal communications that support organisational strategy, values and employee engagement.
* Create and deliver engaging written and multimedia content for a range of platforms, including intranet, website, social media, newsletters and publications.
* Manage and produce regular internal communications, including staff newsletters and updates.
* Monitor and analyse digital channel performance, using data and insights to improve communication strategies and engagement outcomes.
* Support organisational campaigns, staff engagement initiatives and events, working collaboratively with internal teams and stakeholders.
* Maintain brand consistency and contribute to corporate communications such as annual reporting and organisation‐wide campaigns.

About you

Ideal candidates for this role will have:

* Demonstrated experience in internal communications, digital content management or a similar role.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and accessible content across multiple platforms.
* Proficiency in managing digital platforms and tools, including content management systems (e.g. WordPress), intranet platforms, social media and e‐newsletters.
* Experience analysing performance metrics and using insights to optimise communication strategies.
* Excellent time‐management, organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Experience in healthcare or public sector environments (desirable), and skills in multimedia content creation (video, photography, graphic design).
