Job Description – Retail Manager
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team
* Manage daily store operations, including inventory, merchandising, and visual presentation
* Monitor sales results and implement strategies to achieve store targets
* Deliver outstanding customer service and effectively resolve customer enquiries
* Ensure compliance with store policies, procedures, and operational standards
* Plan and execute promotional activities and seasonal campaigns
* Prepare financial reports and liaise with the Sales Manager/Director regarding business performance
About You
To succeed in this role, you should have:
* An Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma, Diploma, or at least 3 years of relevant experience
* Strong leadership skills and the ability to develop and motivate a team
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* A proactive, sales-driven mindset with strong commercial acumen
* Hands-on experience with POS systems, inventory management, and retail operations
* Strong skills in visual merchandising and reporting
* Availability to work weekends and public holidays as required
