**Let's talk about the role and responsibilities**:
This sales role involves Account Management and New Business Development within the Consumer Products, Retail, Engineering, Distribution, Manufacturing & Transport (CPRDT) and Public Sector Mid Market team.
- Manage and develop trusted advisor relationships with senior and CXO level stakeholders and grow existing accounts with KPIs / metrics of bookings, contribution margin, receivables
- Develop territory plan to agree on potential opportunities to pursue in your own focus area (sector, offers)
- Qualify opportunities to be further pursued, drive consistency between sales strategy and content work managed by the bid team
- Accountable for the opportunity along the collaborative selling sales process until close
- Perform Commercial and contractual management of the account
- Build and maintain an external network and client relationships
- Address complex client issues involving interactions up to executive level and master meetings, negotiations & influencing techniques
- Leverage your knowledge of industry trends and client strategic objectives & challenges to develop and deliver compelling value propositions
- Partner with diverse, matrix, sales pursuit teams to deliver winning proposals to customers
- Develop sales strategies and tailored value propositions and solutions for clients
- Develop and manage a sales pipeline
- Develop account plans in collaboration with our service lines, the client, and the sector team
- Identify opportunities for growth in the accounts and local market, promote our differentiating value propositions
- Perform ongoing account planning and management, forecasting of revenue and sales pipeline
- Coordinate proposal creation, presentation, and commercial negotiations Look after our delivery and service performance with a clear focus on customer satisfaction and delivered outcomes

We help to control and reduce costs and demonstrate value to customers and regulators. From strategic consulting to implementation, IT and engineering delivery and support, our services are designed to help customers stay ahead in a dynamic market. Whether it's identifying new opportunities for increasing revenue; implementing a new business process and solution for an operational system, building, and operating a digital supply chain or improving customer experience, Capgemini can help achieve strategic objectives.
**Let's talk about your capability and experience**:
- History of senior or CXO level stakeholder influence and relationship management or aspiration to operate at the 'C-Level'
- Experience of working in a global, geographically dispersed operating model
- Account management experience of 'multi-tower', cross-functional, consulting services solutions
- Demonstrable track record of over-achievement against variable commission / bonus targets, gateways & kickers
- Experience of selling Cloud, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Employee Experience, Digital Workplace and /or Enterprise Service Management Solutions
- Experience in analysing challenges of potential customers and leading commercial conversations around Return on Investment (ROI) and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) with CXO level stakeholders Experience with sales pipeline reporting, forecasting and governance in a CRM system
