About the role

As a Community Support Assistant, you will be providing support to older members of our community to live independent and fulfilling from the comfort of their own homes. You will work closely with the at home care team to have an in-depth knowledge of clients’ individual needs. These may include:

* Transportation
* Use of mobility aids and personal equipment
* Assisting clients with activities of daily living
* Light housekeeping, meal preparation, and grocery shopping

About you

You have a passion for caring for the older members of our community and their families, whilst making a difference to someone’s everyday life. You have clear communication skills to support client engagement and a desire to assist clients in reaching their independence goals.

* Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support or related field
* Valid driver's license
* First Aid/CPR certification
