As a Melbourne-based, female-owned label, we’re recognized for our unique handwriting, refined detailing, and collaborative, values-driven culture.We're seeking an experienced Pattern Maker, Fit Technician & QA Manager to lead the technical development of our collections — from initial design to final production delivery.What You’ll Be DoingCreate accurate CAD patterns and tech packs from designer sketchesProduce in-house toiles/mock-ups as neededAttend fittings, adjust patterns, update measurements, and communicate clear construction notes to factoriesLiaise with offshore factories to ensure premium fit, finish, and qualityOversee wash/wear testing and care label approvalsThoroughly check & review samples from first fit to pre-shipment stageMaintain fit and production sample reference librariesManage feedback loops for customer repairs and returnsPrioritize workflows and keep production schedules on trackWhat We’re Looking For3+ years’ experience in CAD pattern making, fittings, and quality assurance (womenswear preferred)Strong understanding of garment construction, grading, and fabric behaviourHigh accuracy and attention to detailConfident communication with offshore manufacturersProficient in StyleCAD or Gerber/Lectra (StyleCAD preferred)Strong Excel skills for maintaining specs and tech packsSeamstress skills highly regardedA proactive, solutions-focused approachWhy Join Us?Generous staff discount & wardrobe allowanceBirthday leave & flexible working arrangementsProfessional development supportCreative, supportive studio culture in Hawthorn EastRegular team events and social gatheringsHow to ApplySubmit your CV and a short cover letter telling us what stood out to you about this role or our brand — and why.
