Marketing Manager | Short-Term Contract (Immediate Start)
We are seeking a high-caliber, proactive Marketing Manager for an immediate one-month contract with a leading technical manufacturer based in Dandenong South.
This role is ideal for a versatile all-rounder who thrives in a product-centric environment and can maintain momentum on several key digital projects while a permanent team member is on leave. There is a strong possibility of contract extension for the right candidate.
About The Role
Reporting directly to the Business Owner, you will take full ownership of the marketing function. The focus is on execution and "nuts and bolts" digital marketing to ensure brand consistency and project delivery.
* Digital Presence: Managing the back-end of the company website and optimising the use of video content.
* Content Strategy: Leading all social media activity with a focus on consistent, high-impact posting.
* Internal Collaboration: Partnering with the sales and technical teams to translate product capabilities into compelling marketing assets.
* Project Management: Driving mid-stream marketing initiatives to completion.
Skills Required
We are looking for a focused professional who brings high energy and a modern approach to technical marketing.
* Technical Aptitude: Previous experience in a manufacturing, engineering, or technical product environment is essential.
* Digital Proficiency: Strong hands‐on skills in content creation, social media management, and website administration.
* Execution-Focused: A proven ability to work independently, pick up existing workflows quickly, and deliver results.
* Portfolio: Evidence of previous professional digital content and social media work is required.
Position Details
* Remuneration: $70 - $75 per hour + super.
* Availability: Must be available for an immediate start.
* Location: Dandenong South, 4 days in the office, 1 day from home.
