Support Person - Family Representative Group
This role involves contributing valuable insights and ideas from the perspective of a support person to a young person experiencing difficulties.
* Collaborative Contribution: Share ideas on physical layout and facilities to make them youth-friendly, ensuring that the environment is conducive to the well-being of all individuals involved.
* Advice and Guidance: Contribute advice on service provision, including music and furnishings, to enhance the overall experience for young people and their families.
* Quality Assurance: Review documents like family inclusion booklets to ensure they reach those who need them most, guaranteeing that information is accessible and relevant.
* Maintenance of Effective Communication: Meet with Centre staff to share ideas and hear about service updates, fostering a culture of open communication and collaboration.
* Participation in Staff Selection: Participate in interview panels for new staff members, bringing a unique perspective to the selection process.
* PARTICIPATION IN MEETINGS: Attend meetings online or face-to-face, staying informed and engaged with the team's efforts.
