Job Title: Senior Site Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Site Manager to join our team in Global Clinical Operations. As a key member of our local study management team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating phase I-IV trials, with a current focus on Oncology/Haematology.
About the Role:
The Senior Site Manager will serve as the sponsor's interface with the investigative site, covering all aspects of site management from pre-trial assessments through to database locks and close out activities. You will have strong communication skills and customer focus, liaising and building strong working relationships with internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate phase I-IV trials
Serve as the sponsor's interface with the investigative site
Cover all aspects of site management from pre-trial assessments through to database locks and close out activities
Liaise and build strong working relationships with internal and external customers
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Science, Nursing or Life Sciences
3+ years of on-site experience of clinical trial monitoring (preferably in haematology and oncology)
Demonstrated success as a CRA (Clinical Research Associate)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Strong working knowledge of company SOPs, local laws and regulations, and assigned protocols
Proficient in using IT software applications and company systems
Willingness to travel
