As a Senior Consultant, you'll own end‐to‐end recruitment across the renewables and broader energy space, partnering with clients that are delivering real projects.
You'll be trusted to run your desk like a business, supported by a collaborative team, strong leadership, and the flexibility to work in a way that suits you.
What you'll be doing
* Managing full‐cycle recruitment across renewables and the broader energy transition
* Building and developing long‐term client relationships
* Delivering senior technical, project, and leadership roles
* Proactively developing new business and growing your market presence
* Acting as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates
* Mentoring junior consultants (if this interests you)
About You
We're looking for someone who brings credibility, confidence, and drive as well as:
* Proven experience as a recruitment consultant within renewables or energy
* A strong network or deep market knowledge in at least one renewables/energy discipline
* A track record of consistent billing and client delivery
* Confidence working with senior stakeholders and hard‐to‐find skillsets
* Strong communication, organisation, and relationship‐building skills
* A commercially minded, consultative approach
