OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to oversee complex commercial contracts and financial assistance arrangements.
This role involves evaluating business performance, managing obligations, mitigating risks, and providing strategic advice.ResponsibilitiesConduct financial, risk, and due diligence assessments of investment proposals and funding requests.Negotiate, draft, and administer commercial contracts while ensuring compliance and protecting interests.Monitor contract performance, manage risks, and provide practical solutions for non-performing arrangements.Prepare reports and deliver clear advice to senior stakeholders.QualificationsTertiary qualification in accounting, finance, or related discipline.Experience in financial analysis, interpreting statements, and financial modelling.Proven ability to manage complex commercial contracts and draft skilled correspondence.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel).
