Overview
We're looking for a detail-driven Production Finance Analyst to support the financial management of our VFX projects.
Acting as a bridge between Finance and Production, you'll ensure budgets, forecasts, and cost tracking stay accurate and aligned with project progress—enabling smart, real-time decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain cost reports and analyse actuals vs. budgets across multiple projects
Collaborate with Producers and Finance to track spend, forecast burn, and highlight risks
Deliver timely weekly and month-end reporting to stakeholders
Ensure financial and production data are integrated and aligned
Improve tools, templates, and documentation to support accurate, efficient reporting
Support audit processes, reconciliations, and compliance tasks
Communicate financial updates clearly and proactively across departments
Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing Finance team
About You
Demonstrated experience within finance or accounting, ideally within a production setting
Solid grasp of production finance workflows, budgeting, and reporting
Excel-savvy (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) with analytical strength
Experience with tools such as SAS or Netsuite
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Great communicator and team player, comfortable in a fast-paced environment
CPA or equivalent preferred
