We are looking for a hands‐on, organised, and proactive Care & Support Governance Coordinator to support our National Training and Development Manager and Quality and Compliance Manager in ensuring our care and support systems operate efficiently and safely.
Why This Role?
This is a key operational role where you will help drive care and support governance, support continuous learning, and contribute to operational improvement initiatives across the business. You will have exposure to leaders across the organisation, including Operations Managers, Clinical Leads, and General Managers. This role is hybrid‐ready and can be based in Adelaide or Melbourne.
What You'll Do
1. Support the vision and mission of Lumia Care by leading by example and promoting a high-performance culture.
2. Manage policy system, forms register, and care & support risk register.
3. Develop staff communications around key safety and quality messages.
4. Conduct audits and support reporting on care & support performance.
5. Manage training bookings and support workforce development initiatives.
6. Collaborate on financially sustainable improvement activities.
7. Build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships across the business.
8. Perform secretarial and reporting duties for the Care & Support Governance committee.

10. Experience in administration or governance support roles.
11. Demonstrated stakeholder management skills.
12. Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple systems and priorities.
13. Experience in reporting and auditing systems is a plus.
