Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Storeperson / Workshop Hand.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, is organized, and able to work independently in a busy environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform general workshop cleaning, maintenance, and care tasks.
* Ensure field gear and equipment stock levels are accurate and up-to-date.
* Organize, clean, and store field equipment effectively.
* Prepare field equipment/vehicles for deployment according to established checklists.
* Conduct basic repairs and maintenance on trailers, vehicles, generators, ATV vehicles, quads, and other field-related equipment.
* Assist with the construction of new vehicles and equipment.
* Deploy to the field and perform work as negotiated and required by management.
* Maintain Daishsat facilities and upkeep.
Requirements:
* Strong physical fitness is essential.
* Excellent organizational skills are required.
* The ability to work independently, autonomously, and as part of a team is crucial.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
