PARKROYAL Monash Melbourne are currently looking for an energetic and committed Guest Service Agent to join our team on a part-time basis.
The successful applicant will have a positive attitude, be a fantastic communicator, and be a natural team player.
The Role
Be responsible for providing our guests with high quality service throughout their stay.
Be the first and last impression of the hotel for our guests and provide Check-In, Check-Out and information services throughout their stay.
Be able to work a rotating shift on an on-going basis including weekends.
Ideally, the Successful Candidate will have:
• Experience in a similar role in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of Opera
• A genuine passion for hospitality and providing excellent customer service
This role will include weekends and public holidays.
