Training and Development Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Training and Development Specialist to support the design, implementation, and management of training programs.
* Support the development of learning strategies that enhance employee skills, knowledge, and compliance.
* Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging training content.
* Coordinate training logistics, schedules, and communications.
* Develop interactive learning resources, including e-learning modules and instructor-led materials.
* Manage and optimize our Learning Management System (LMS).
* Facilitate workshops and training sessions as required.
* Track, evaluate, and report on learning outcomes to drive continuous improvement.
A bachelor's degree in human resources, instructional design, education, or a related field is essential. 3+ years' experience in a training or instructional design role is also required.
Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories is necessary. Experience with Learning Management Systems and e-learning development tools is highly desirable.
Excellent organizational and project management skills are also required. A proactive and resourceful approach with the ability to work independently and collaboratively is essential.
A genuine passion for learning, development, and making a positive impact is necessary. NDIS Worker Screening Endorsement and National Police Check, or the ability to acquire, are required.
