What You'll Be Doing :
- Assist in leading a team to deliver outstanding customer experiences consistently.
- Support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and loss prevention.
- Analyse sales data and market trends to implement effective sales and marketing strategies, enhancing the customer base.
- Provide coaching and feedback to team members when required, fostering their professional growth and development.
- Ensure the store is always clean, organised, and visually appealing to customers, creating a welcoming shopping experience.
What Skills you will bring:
- Experience in a retail management environment, preferably in a consumer-focused industry .
- Proven ability to drive sales and profitability, with a strong focus on the customer experience .
