Responsibilities
* Greet and seat guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
* Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.
* Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
* Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns and requests.
* Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
* Process payments and handle cash transactions.
* Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Requirements
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a rapid‐paced setting.
* Attention to detail and a strong sense of hospitality.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
* Valuable knowledge of Chinese food is a plus.
