Your Next Role: We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant or Senior Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of a growing mining desk focused on metals and hard‑rock operations. This is a warm, high‑potential desk with strong existing relationships and significant opportunity for expansion. In this role, you will: Recruit technical, professional, and operational talent across hard‑rock mining clients Manage and grow a portfolio of mining operators and contractors Partner with both onshore and offshore support teams to enhance delivery and candidate experience Build long‑term relationships while driving commercial outcomes Contribute to a supportive, collaborative team environment Skills & Experience Required: Experience in recruitment (mining, engineering, construction, or technical markets ideal) Strong business development and relationship‑building capability A proactive, commercial approach and resilience within a fast‑paced environment Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills A desire to grow a successful desk with the right support behind you Discover the Alchemy Difference: We are committed to having our consultants focus on high value tasks and as such we offer sourcing & admin support as well as an Australia‑based Contractor Care team supporting post‑placement success.
