Are you an organised, proactive and digitally savvy marketer looking to take the next step in your career? Colliers is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the delivery of marketing initiatives across a diverse portfolio of Commercial Properties. The position may be based in Geelong or Ballarat, depending on the successful candidate.
Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you'll play a key role in coordinating end-to-end campaigns, managing suppliers, supporting digital channels, and ensuring the seamless rollout of marketing activities. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy balancing creativity with structure, this role is for you.
What You'll Be Doing
Drive campaign execution – coordinate marketing plans, materials, scheduling and delivery across multiple commercial property campaigns
Boost brand presence – plan, post and monitor social media content, plus report weekly on performance
Create engaging content – support copywriting for listings, ads, EDMs and digital campaigns
Run weekly email marketing – coordinate EDMs and track key metrics
Support creative production – assist with marketing assets and basic design tasks
Keep the engine running – manage tasks in workflow systems, maintain records and support project events
Qualifications
What you'll bring

Experience within real estate or property is essential
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work collaboratively
