Claims Specialist
This role requires significant experience in claims assessment/management for a complex general insurance organisation. You will be proactive in your work, with a customer obsession mindset and early resolution approach. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary, capable of communicating with clarity, impact and influence.
You will participate in the delivery of training and coaching sessions for new and existing Claims Service Consultants, identifying training gaps at an individual and portfolio level and delivering feedback to stakeholders.
