Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the highest standards of service delivery and quality management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leadership and Supervision
* Provide leadership, direction, and supervision to a high-performing team, managing HR functions, staff development, performance management, training, resourcing, and workload.
* Quality Procedures and Process Improvements
* Lead and coordinate the development, implementation, maintenance, and review of quality procedures and process improvements, ensuring alignment with best practices and operational goals.
* Policies and Procedure Development
* Develop and review policies and procedures related to performance standards, implementing corrective and preventative actions to support quality service delivery and enhance operational efficiency.
* Quality Management and Compliance Audits
* Coordinate and perform quality management and compliance audits across channels, monitoring adherence to standards and providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
* Advice and Recommendations
* Provide quality advice and recommendations in policy analysis, development, and evaluation, driving continuous improvement and ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.
* Reporting and Presentations
* Prepare and present detailed submissions and reports for senior management, providing expertise on operations and strategic recommendations for service enhancement.
* Liaison and Partnerships
* Liaise, consult, and negotiate with internal clients and external agencies, fostering productive networks and partnerships to maintain high-quality systems and processes that optimise service delivery.
* Escalation Point
* Resolve complex and urgent matters as an escalation point, assessing situations and determining appropriate remedial actions to mitigate risks and maintain service quality.
