Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting construction leads to ensure allocated projects are delivered to scope within time, cost, quality and regulatory standards.
Developing daily, weekly and long-term project programs to achieve required project outputs with plant, labour, materials and resources is also a critical aspect of this role.
Monitoring and reviewing costs, invoices and claims for allocated projects is an essential task that requires attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Contributing to the constructability of a project with respect to design development is also a vital responsibility of this position.
* Undertake tender evaluation and award of subcontract procurement packages
* Monitor the quality and quantities of incoming equipment and material against drawings and specifications and arrange corrections/modifications as per Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs)
* Analyse and use document and record management, progress and project performance reporting, and compliance reporting
* Manage work and the performance of Subcontractors and the self-perform workforce to achieve outcomes
* Liaise and coordinate with all external parties and relevant statutory authorities, managing attendance on site as required
