With extraordinary dining options, including Sokyo, BLACK Bar and Grill, Cucina Porto and our vibrant Sports Bar where the action is live and loud, we are dedicated to delivering the ultimate entertainment, hospitality, and dining experiences for all.Reporting to the Premium Guest Manager, the Premium Customer Service Executive has the responsibility of promoting The Star Entertainments Groups properties through phone calls to enhance member involvement and boost engagement This is a great opportunity to showcase your customer service skills and take the next step in your career at The Star.This is a fantastic opportunity where you can put your skills and knowledge to the test to deliver a thrilling new era for Premium Services.A few of your responsibilitiesConduct outbound calls to existing members to provide updates on their membership status and ensure customer satisfaction.Communicate details of ’what’s on’ including events and promotions.Address member inquiries and resolve concerns.Achieve and exceed monthly call targets.Maintain accurate and detailed records of member interactions and transactions in the company's CRM system.What are we looking for?Proven experience in outbound communications or a similar role.Previous hotel, hospitality experience preferable.About you:You are hands-on in your operational approach and passionate about developing your career.
