Work in a volunteer‐based agency supporting communities of NSW.
Full‐time temporary role until30th June 2026 with the possibility of extension.
Based in Wollongong.

About the opportunity
Explore a fulfilling role as a Program Support Officer focused on providing excellent project and administration support. Activities include utilising the Microsoft Office suite, preparing reports, responding to correspondence, managing team inboxes, coordinating meetings and workshops, researching, and drafting documents.

About you
- Experience providing a broad range of administrative and project support services to senior level management.
- Enjoy working in a collaborative team environment to achieve outcomes that support communities of NSW.
- Proven high‐quality writing, communication and administration skills.
- Adaptable to work weekdays, weekends (up to two weekends a month) and evenings at a variety of locations across NSW, including rapid redeployment for several days, weekends and night work.
- Knowledge of AIIMS principles and processes, or willingness to obtain competence within six months.
