The role requires hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, remote support tools, and a working knowledge of basic networking, Hyper-V, ESXi, and VMware environments.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of IT support experience who is eager to strengthen their skills in server, virtualization, and cloud technologies.QualificationsTechnical Services and Technical Support skillsStrong Analytical Skills and Troubleshooting abilitiesExcellent Communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExperience in managed IT services and customer service is a plusRelevant certifications in IT support or related fields are beneficialKey ResponsibilitiesProvide remote end-user support using remote software tools.Manage and resolve tickets via the service portal/ticketing system.Troubleshoot and support Microsoft 365 applications and administration (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, etc.).
Handle Active Directory tasks (user account management, groups, permissions, policies).
Perform basic network troubleshooting (VPN, IP/DNS issues, connectivity).
