The Position
* Ensure standard of cleanliness meets the standards set by the head chef
* Manage workstation and deliver a high standard of hygiene
* Maintain knowledge and understanding of food safety and allergen awareness
* Respond to requests promptly and efficiently
* Maintain high standards of hygiene
* Show initiative to take on other duties with shifting priorities and flexibility
* Provide above and beyond service and display attitude of care towards your clients and colleagues
