The Role:
As a Senior Accountant, you will:
- Prepare financial statements, tax returns, and compliance reports
- Assist with tax planning and business advisory services
- Work closely with Managers, Partners, and team members in a structured team environment
- Support and mentor junior staff to develop their skills and expertise
- Liaise with clients across multiple industries, providing high-quality accounting solutions
About You:
- CA or CPA qualified (or working towards it)
- 3+ years of experience in business services and tax accounting
- Strong technical knowledge of Australian taxation and compliance
- Experience with Xero and other accounting software
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
- Leadership potential and a desire to mentor junior accountants
