* Previous team leadership or management experience in a results-driven retail environment.

* A strong communicator and motivator, capable of building an engaged and high-performing team.
* Immaculate presentation and professionalism, suited to a premium retail space.
* Ability to work Saturdays and enjoy time off during the week.
