Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the analysis, configuration, and delivery of Microsoft D365 Operations projects and enhancements.
* Support supply chain and manufacturing users by managing production problems, incidents, and change requests.
* Follow ITIL processes and methodologies for approval and migration of changes to production.
* Collaborate with operations, project office, and IT teams to resolve issues across operations, manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, and inventory.
