About the Role
We are seeking a confident, hands‑on Mechanic to organize daily workshop operations, support technicians, and work closely with the parts and sales team.
You will be responsible for:
* Allocating jobs and managing workflow
* Leading and supporting workshop techs
* Overseeing workshop organisation, cleanliness, and compliance
* Communicating with the front‑of‑house team on job progress
* Communicating with Manufacturers for diagnosis, warranty processing, etc.
* Helping build a positive, productive workshop culture
* Opportunity to grow the business

Auto‑electrical and Air Conditioning experience is a strong advantage but not essential.
