What's the role?
The Senior Manager - Continuous Improvement & Change, Group Performance & Analytics is responsible for supporting transformation and continuous improvement initiatives within both immediate GP&A team activities and key financial processes that span across the wider finance job family. A key deliverable for the role is to understand, document, assess and challenge a range of finance processes, systems and capabilities, while considering stakeholder needs, limitations and overall business objectives. With a change- and risk-first mindset, this role will conduct appropriate impact assessments on financial systems, processes and teams to develop change initiatives that deliver business value.
What do I need?
* Extensive banking or financial services experience, working towards or Chartered / CPA qualification desirable
* Strong understanding of CI and transformation project management, including activities such as risk and RACI design, thorough impact assessments and testing, gap analysis, and solution / process redesign. Lean Six Sigma certification desirable
* Demonstrated experience as a business analyst gathering, analysing and challenging business requirements, within a financial reporting context.
* Demonstrated ability to manage resourcing across multiple complex projects
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple project deliverables within agreed timelines
* Proven expertise in working with large data sets and using advanced financial modelling techniques in MS Excel
