Job Description
As a Project Scheduler and Coordinator at Nokia, you play a pivotal role in managing the end-to-end schedule, budget, and risks of customer-focused projects. How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
* Coordinate and manage end-to-end project schedules, budgets, and resources for complex customer programs, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to scope.
* Support the Customer Project Manager in identifying and mitigating risks and issues, facilitating proactive problem-solving and decision-making.
* Monitor project deliverables, maintain stakeholder communications, and ensure information is clearly shared across all levels.
* Conduct financial tracking and reporting for projects, ensuring alignment with profitability forecasts and budgetary constraints.
* Drive customer relationship management by serving as the primary point of contact for schedule-related activities and updates.
* Implement best practices in project management and continuously update project documentation and tools to reflect real-time status.
* Facilitate risk management processes by identifying opportunities and challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster innovation and efficiency in project delivery, adapting to changing business needs.
Key Skills And Experience
You have:
* 4-6 years of project scheduling and coordination experience, preferably in telecommunications.
* Advanced skills in managing complex multiyear projects and budgets.
* Strong risk management capabilities and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a global mindset.
It would be nice if you also had:
* Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
* Knowledge of financial forecasting and profit margin management.
* Ability to drive best practices and improvements in project delivery.
* Experience in cross-cultural team environments and negotiations.
