Your Role as a Help Desk Technician
As a Help Desk Technician, you will be the heartbeat of our IT support, providing exceptional first-level technical assistance to staff, students, and parents. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that technology enhances learning experiences and operational efficiency across our schools.
With a customer-centric approach, you will engage with users, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to exciting IT projects. Your empathy and patience will shine as you support a diverse range of users, making technology accessible and enjoyable for everyone
Who We're Looking For
We seek enthusiastic candidates who are ready to embrace challenges and grow with our team
* Experience in customer service-oriented IT roles, showcasing excellent communication and empathy.
* Familiarity with tools like JAMF, Microsoft 365, Synergetic, and SEQTA.
* Basic understanding of networking and infrastructure.
* Proficiency in supporting macOS and Windows platforms.
* Experience with AV systems, including mixers and projectors.
* A proactive, reliable attitude, eager to learn and adapt.
* A valid, paid Working with Children Check.
* A genuine Christian faith of reformed persuasion, with active commitment to a local church.
