They believe in empowering their team members to make their own decisions, mentoring and training them consistently to deliver the highest level of service to their customers.**_The Role_**
You will be welcomed into a small, friendly team of highly skilled technicians to deliver and install security equipment like CCTV, Access Control, Alarms and Intercoms. Importantly you should know how to run cables, have exposure to IT and come from the Electrical or Security background with 3 plus years demonstrated experience. Key responsibilities will include:
- Pre-cabling and fit-off of Security and networking hardware
- Onsite installation of Security software
- Service and maintenance of sites
- Out of hours on-call emergency service as required
- Customer liaison
**_Key skills_**
- Registered Installer or Advisor ( or ability to be )
- Cabling license
- Technical knowledge of security products would be highly regarded
- Knowledge and understanding of basic IT terminology and concepts eg IP, switching/routing fundamentals
- Understanding of storage concepts
- Formal electrical and /or electronics trade qualifications
- White Card
