About the Role:
Day Shift: 7am-3pm
Core Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in pick and pack, order processing, or warehouse operations
* Competent using WMS systems (cloud-based preferred) and handheld scanners
* Strong attention to detail with a track record of high accuracy in order fulfilment
* Ability to follow pick slips, batch orders, and SOPs with minimal supervision
* Familiarity with goods receiving, dispatch preparation, and basic inventory control
* Forklift licence with Reach Truck experience (Crown preferred)
Physical Requirements
* Able to stand, walk, lift, and move throughout the shift
* Comfortable handling repetitive manual tasks at a consistent pace
* Capable of safely lifting up to 15-25 kg when required

* Previous experience in 3PL, e-commerce fulfilment.
* RF scanning proficiency
* Basic problem-solving skills for stock discrepancies or order issues
