We're now seeking a strategic, values-led leader to guide our Fundraising, Marketing and Communications portfolio, strengthening community connection, expanding our national reach, and driving sustainable growth.
About the Role Reporting to the CEO and joining the Executive Team, you'll lead a skilled national team across fundraising, marketing, communications, brand, and digital engagement.
In this hands-on leadership role you will: Drive sustainable, diversified revenue through innovative, values-aligned fundraising Oversee integrated marketing and fundraising campaigns across digital and traditional channels Build Red Nose's national brand presence and oversee media engagement Lead strategic marketing and communications that grow reach, connect with diverse audiences and strengthen Red Nose's national profile Champion a connected, donor-centric experience, from grassroots fundraising to corporate partnerships and major gifts Inspire and lead a talented team across key functions — fostering innovation, collaboration and high performance to deliver meaningful results Work fluidly across strategy and execution, staying actively involved across the portfolio You'll work closely with the CEO, Board and external partners, and act as a public ambassador for Red Nose at key events and in the media.
About You You're a purpose-led, relationship-driven leader with: Significant senior fundraising experience, including revenue generation and strategic leadership Proven success in raising funds from major donors, especially through corporate partnerships and support from trusts and foundations.
Experience with major gifts from individuals is also valuable A strong track record of leading diverse, multidisciplinary teams and building a positive, high-performing culture Exceptional stakeholder and partnership-building skills, with the ability to engage with donors, media, government and community Deep expertise in brand, communications and digital strategy Commercial and financial acumen, and a tech-savvy, data-informed approach Personal alignment with Red Nose's mission, and the integrity, resilience and empathy to lead with impact CFRE certification and/or experience as a media spokesperson will be highly regarded.
