About the Role
Lead a high-volume food production environment, overseeing food preparation and kitchen staff.
* Direct the planning and execution of menu items to meet production targets for each flight.
* Ensure daily ordering of ingredients and equipment aligns with production needs.
* Develop and implement effective leadership and training strategies for junior staff members.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Strategic planning to achieve operational goals, including inventory management and resource allocation.
2. Coordinate logistics and supply chain operations to support meal delivery on flights.
3. Collaborate with team members to drive productivity and quality in a fast-paced environment.
Skill Requirements:
* Proven experience in a senior culinary role or as an executive chef.
* Trade qualification as a chef, with at least 5 years' experience in high-volume food production environments.
* Advanced knowledge of HACCP, QSAI, and OHS principles to ensure safe food handling practices.
