You'll collaborate closely with our Head Chef to craft innovative specials and exciting new menu items that keep our guests coming back for more. Your passion for quality ingredients and bold flavours will shine as you help deliver exceptional meals to our discerning diners.

Candidates will need to possess the following skills:
* Have your commercial cookery qualification
* A ready-to-work attitude
* A good, solid work ethic
* Pride in their presentation & their food presentation
* A passion for learning and growing your skill set
* A desire to join a team where you're part of a bigger team in a bigger company with 20 years of running hospitality businesses.
* All applicants must be approved to work 40+ hours per week in Australia. We will not employ people travelling on holiday visas.
