About the Role
Rostered shifts:
4 shifts on 4 shifts off, rotating through days and nights
Average day shift pay rate is $***** per hour
Shift Loadings:
Afternoon shift: +15%
Night shift: +20%
Permanent night shift: +30%
Working in the modern purpose-built production areas, you will be learning all aspects of operating and monitoring equipment, maintaining a clean and safe workspace, and working as part a team to ensure production targets are meet.
Key Responsibilities:
Operating production machinery and equipment with precision and care
Handling raw materials and finished components with a focus on quality
Following safety procedures and production protocols
Supporting your team to meet targets and assisting in operations running smoothly
Working across shifts in a modern, and safety-first facility
About You: To be successful in this role, you will have:
Current C Class Drivers Licence and reliable transport
Reliable and physically fit individual with a can-do attitude
Ability to competently complete a basic numeracy and literacy test
Pass a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol testing
Undergo a National Police check
Provide 2 references including one professional/supervisor
