Starting immediately, we have a ten‑per‑managable opportunity for a Purchasing Officer/Administrator working for our client at a quarry in Dunnstown, VIC .
We are looking for someone with experience in this role, or similar. Training for the right person will be provided. This will suit someone with a background in purchasing and invoicing and administration who is looking for an opportunity to move into the construction industry.
About the Role
* Ongoing role working Monday to Friday
* Day shifts from 9 am – 3 pm – would suit anyone on school pick‑up and drop‑off
* 2 weeks training out of Bacchus Marsh Quarry (travel kilometres can look to be reimbursed)
Key Responsibilities
* Staying on top of all purchasing and invoicing payments and disputes
* Maintaining accurate details of all transactions
* Look to progress into operating the weighbridge processing all trucks entering and exiting the site
Requirements
* Oracle (experience will be highly desired)
* SAP Concur (experience will be highly desired)
* IBM Maximo (experience will be highly desired)
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
