The Role & Company
Working as a Contracts Administrator within a team, you will be paired with an experienced Project Manager who is tasked with assisting you with your career development. Exposed to first class industry systems, the business see their subcontractor base as an extension of the company ensuring there is little conflict resolution. With a repeat client base over 80% annually, they are a stable and well known brand who are in the top 5 employers in the NSW Construction Industry.
As a CA within the company, you will work on commercial, education, health, local authority and state & federal projects in the region of $30 - $180M. The business ensures they resource their project teams well and give their staff every opportunity to succeed. Although construction is tough and there will always be bad jobs, their extensive pre-selection process of what jobs to tender marginalizes the chances of failure which ensures a strong balance sheet and repeat work. They avoid the Development market focusing on building for end users who have a vested interest in the delivery of quality construction.

Qualifications & Experience
You will have a minimum of 2 years' experience on top of your Cadetship and ideally be Degree qualified in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
You will have worked on commercial building projects with a fair knowledge of procurement
Ideally you will have had exposure to projects in the institutional sector in excess of $10M
You will ideally have experience with working with good quality systems such as Jobpac/Cheops & Procore
