The Role
An exciting opportunity to be apart of a change-making team in the industry. We have generated a team of Property Manager Assistants nationally to drive best practice in how we service our owners and tenants.
We are searching for an outstanding customer service agent who is highly self-motivated and ready to learn. This role will comprise of you assisting with residential property portfolio management, including leasing, inspections, rent arrears, and maintenance.
This opportunity is perfect for someone looking to learn the ins and outs of the Victorian property market through first-hand experience. Or for a property specialist looking to return to market and utilise their knowledge to streamline our property management services.
A Day In The Life
This role is not for the faint hearted, we are looking for individuals who are dynamic, motivated and people-forward. In return we will offer you an environment where you can be your best you.
* Assist senior property managers with leasing, inspections, and managing maintenance requests for residential properties.
* Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, ensuring a positive experience for both tenants and landlords.
* Handle documentation, applications, and property advertising.
* Keep tenants and landlords updated on key property matters.
* Ensure legal compliance and prepare property reports.
* Work alongside the office team, supporting the Senior Property Manager and Office Manager to meet goals and improve overall service delivery.

The Successful Candidate
* An unrestricted driver's license and your reliable own vehicle
