External Hardscape Projects | $5,000 Sign-On Bonus $50–$60/hr | $120,000 - $130,000 + Super Salary
Skyco Group is a commercial concrete contractor delivering external works and hardscape packages for Tier 2 and Tier 3 builders across Melbourne.
Our projects include schools, community facilities and commercial developments, with works such as:
* External pavements
* Ramps and access ways
* Exposed aggregate finishes
* Tiered seating and architectural elements
* Retaining walls and landscape structures
Please note:
Our scope focuses on external concrete and decorative hardscape works. We do not deliver structural concrete packages such as slabs, columns or major structural elements.
We are seeking an experienced Site Foreman to lead crews on commercial external concrete projects.
Minimum 3-5 years of Site Foreman experience is required for this leadership role.
This role suits someone who can run a site, coordinate with builders and manage crews, while also being hands‐on on the tools when required to keep the job moving.
Responsibilities include:
* Leading and coordinating site crews
* Liaising with Tier 2 / Tier 3 builders and site supervisors
* Managing concrete pours, deliveries and day‐to‐day site operations
* Ensuring works are completed safely and to a high standard
* Supporting the crew on the tools when required
Package:
We are also looking for experienced Concreters and Formworkers to join our crews.
Experience required in:
* External pavements and ramps
* Exposed aggregate finishes
* Tiered seating structures
* Retaining walls and landscape concrete elements
* Architectural and decorative concrete works
Minimum 8+ years of experience in external concrete and hardscape construction is essential.
Rate:
* $50 – $60 per hour casual, depending on experience
Requirements
* Experience on Tier 2 or Tier 3 commercial projects
* Experience in external concrete and hardscape construction
* Strong work ethic and attention to detail
* White Card
* Working With Children Check (required for school projects)
* Australian citizenship is required for this position
* Valid car licence is required
