This small but mighty WA-owned and operated mining services provider is looking to meet the demands of its existing and target client base by moving into Labour Hire. The business is run by two strong directors - one focusing on business development and account management, the other looking after business operations - but as they don't have any recruitment experience themselves they're looking to hire an experienced and capable recruitment manager.
It's a blank slate and there's not really anything in place currently so there'll be a lot to decide upon and do, including but not limited to:
* Select and implement a CRM
* Build a database and attract relevant candidates
* Implement policies and procedures and map out all relevant workflows
* Recruit, train and manage a team of recruiters (as the business grows and demand increases)
* Investigate commission or bonus schemes to incentivise the team
And of course this would be a hands-on recruitment delivery role - the business currently provides labour for clean-up, operators and mineral processing staff, but they'd look to diversify into other roles and areas.

Ideally you're got previous recruitment experience in Labour Hire, ideally mining or trades, and you've led a team or been in a supervisory role. If you've got experience setting up systems and processes and a CRM then jump to the front of the queue, but it's really about finding someone that's got the confidence and capability and commonsense to rise to the challenge and help this business set up their Labour Hire team and take them to the next level.
